Impact

The bundled web UI declares marked ^0.7.0, a line with no patched release, and adopting marked 4.x additionally requires upstream's source change to the module's export shape. The upstream 3.11 branch has not taken that update, so this awaits an upstream 3.11 release that moves the web UI to marked 4.
