aiohttp 3.13.5 is vendored inside the upstream Ray wheel (ray/_private/runtime_env/agent/thirdparty_files/) and cannot be bumped independently of Ray; resolution depends on an upstream Ray release that updates its bundled aiohttp. The top-level aiohttp in this package is already fixed at 3.14.1.
