CVE-2026-43115 affects the tiny SRCU implementation (kernel/rcu/srcutiny.c), which is only built when CONFIG_TINY_SRCU is enabled. Chainguard kernels are SMP builds and use the tree SRCU implementation (CONFIG_TREE_SRCU=y), so CONFIG_TINY_SRCU is never selected and the vulnerable code is not included in the shipped kernel.
