github.com/jackc/pgproto3/v2 v2.3.3 contains GHSA-x6gf-mpr2-68h6 (CVE-2026-4427): negative field length in DataRow.Decode causes a panic. No patched version exists — v2.3.3 is the final release and the v2 module is end-of-life (last commit 2025-01-25: "Document planned end-of-life"). Resolution requires upstream consumers to migrate to pgx/v5 which uses pgproto3/v3 internally. See upstream issue: https://github.com/jackc/pgx/issues/2507
