The vulnerable component is github.com/docker/docker. Per GHSA-vp62-88p7-qqf5 there is no patched version on the github.com/docker/docker module path (vulnerable range <=28.5.2); the advisory's only patched entry is for the separate module path github.com/moby/moby/v2 at 2.0.0-beta.14. v28.5.2+incompatible is the final release ever published on the github.com/docker/docker path, which this vulnerable range still covers. Resolution requires an upstream fix on the github.com/docker/docker module path or a migration to github.com/moby/moby/v2.
Status
