Impact

GHSA-2mjx-qc3c-rqvc is fixed in rustls 0.23.45. Upstream datadog-lambda-extension holds rustls below 0.23.45 in its latest release, v101, and on main, because rustls 0.23.45 requires aws-lc-rs 1.18 or later (AWS-LC-FIPS 4.x), which has not completed FIPS 140-3 certification (https://github.com/DataDog/datadog-lambda-extension/blob/v101/bottlecap/Cargo.toml#L47-L53). This package ships rustls 0.23.43, as locked upstream. Waiting for the first upstream release containing the fix.
