Impact

GHSA-c8m5-c952-6cm4 is fixed in rustls 0.23.46 (https://github.com/rustls/rustls/releases/tag/v/0.23.46). datadog-lambda-extension 102 constrains rustls to >=0.23.18, <0.23.45 in bottlecap/Cargo.toml, keeping rustls below 0.23.45 while AWS-LC-FIPS 4.x is uncertified (https://github.com/DataDog/datadog-lambda-extension/blob/v102/bottlecap/Cargo.toml#L47-L48); the upstream main branch keeps the same constraint. Waiting for the first upstream release containing the fix.
