Impact

The patched @hapi/wreck 18.x line cannot be adopted at this version: the bundled @hapi/h2o2 proxy plugin requires @hapi/wreck ^17, and forcing the 18.x release breaks the frozen-lockfile build. Resolution is pending an upstream update of the hapi/h2o2 stack to support @hapi/wreck 18.
