Impact

gitlab-exporter pins sinatra to '~> 3.2.0' in its gemspec. The fix for GHSA-hxx2-7vcw-mqr3 requires sinatra >= 4.1.0, which is outside the allowed range. Blocked until gitlab-exporter updates its sinatra dependency to allow 4.x.
