Justification

Vulnerable code not present

Impact

CVE-2012-4413 affects OpenStack Keystone's 2012 Essex and Folsom releases (https://security.openstack.org/ossa/OSSA-2012-014.html), which used date-based versions. OpenStack moved from date-based to semantic versions with the 2015 Liberty release (Keystone 8.0.0), and this package ships Keystone 30.0.1.dev2, a 2026.2 release built after the fix, so the affected versions are not used.
