Impact

NVIDIA Nsight Systems CLI 2026.3.2.476, the latest release in NVIDIA's CUDA 13.4.2 redistributable channel, bundles a Python 3.12 runtime whose ensurepip module carries pip 26.0.1 as a wheel. CVE-2026-3219 is fixed in pip 26.1. The wheel is part of NVIDIA's prebuilt binary archive, and the Nsight Systems recipe feature installs pip from it, so it cannot be replaced without breaking that feature. Waiting for the first upstream release containing the fix.
