CVE-2026-12345 (PSF-2026-42, CPython gh-157579) is fixed on the 3.15 branch by commit 06ef3d43 (python/cpython#158431, merged 2026-10-02). The shipped build is a snapshot of the 3.15 branch after that commit, and its tempfile module contains the fix, so the vulnerable code is not present. The detection is a version-based match and does not reflect the shipped code.
