Impact

This Python 3.10 build of PyTorch bundles Pillow 12.x. The issue is fixed only in Pillow 13.0.0, which requires Python 3.11 or later, and Python 3.10 reached end of life on 2026-10-01. A fix for the Python 3.10 build is not planned; the Python 3.11 and newer builds of this package ship Pillow 13.0.0.
