Impact

jackson-core 2.16.1 is bundled inside ray_dist.jar, distributed as part of the Ray Python package (ray==2.52.0). The JAR is a shaded fat JAR that cannot be updated independently. Fix requires upstream Ray to release a version with jackson-core >= 2.18.6 bundled in ray_dist.jar.
