Upstream still uses nginx 1.27.1 https://github.com/kubernetes/ingress-nginx/blob/451747c70c6fca688e157a8329a3dd219a234fd9/images/nginx/rootfs/build.sh\#21 We need to wait for upstream to do the code changes necessary to support nginx 1.27.4.
