CVE-2026-31501 affects drivers/net/ethernet/ti/icssg (TI ICSSG PRU ethernet, TI K3 SoCs only), which is only built when CONFIG_TI_ICSSG_PRUETH is enabled. That option is not enabled in any Chainguard kernel configuration (enterprise-packages/linux-common), so the vulnerable code is not included in the shipped kernel.
