Impact

GHSA-vffh-x6r8-xx99 is an XSS in Prometheus's React web UI (web/ui/*.tsx). The otelopscol binary links the prometheus/web/ui Go package built without the builtinassets tag (EmbedFS is absent; shurcooL/httpfs/filter and union are imported instead). This variant reads static UI files from ./web/ui/static on disk at runtime — no such directory ships in the APK, and the binary contains no embedded React bundle. The vulnerable JavaScript is not present.
