Note: This CVE has no fixed release. The fix is published only on the renamed module path github.com/moby/moby/v2 v2.0.0-beta.8, which chaos-mesh does not import. A go/bump on github.com/docker/docker has no valid target version and the build fails. Awaiting upstream tag or migration to moby/moby/v2.
