Impact

The fix for this vulnerability is in go.opentelemetry.io/otel/exporters/otlp/otlplog/otlploggrpc v0.21.0, which requires go.opentelemetry.io/otel/log v0.21.0. That release removed APIs that traefik 3.7.13 uses, so the fixed module cannot be used without source changes. Traefik has updated to the fixed exporter on its v3.7 branch (https://github.com/traefik/traefik/pull/13931) but has not yet released it. We will ship the fix with the next traefik 3.7 release.
