Impact

The vulnerable jackson-databind is present only as a copy shaded inside an upstream prebuilt artifact. Apache Parquet's parquet-jackson relocates jackson-databind 2.21.3 under the shaded.parquet namespace, so it cannot be upgraded independently of Parquet itself, and the latest available Parquet release still bundles the affected version. This is pending an upstream Parquet release that carries a fixed jackson-databind.
