Impact

Datadog/integrations-core requires the use of Python 3.11 however the latest release of snowflake-connector-python (version 3.12.3) does not include support for Python 3.11. Instead, this version is built for Python 3.12 (cp312). The absence of a compatible wheel for Python 3.11 (cp311) prevents us from upgrading to version 3.12.3. Support for Python 3.11 requires upstream maintainers to implement.
