Impact

Kayenta is running on Spring Boot 2.7.x, which is the latest stable release in the 2.x line. The next available major upgrade target is Spring Boot 3.0.0. However, it is important to note that Spring Boot 3.0.0 introduces major architectural and namespace changes. Upgrading to Spring Boot 3.0.0 at this stage is not advised, as it may lead to significant compatibility issues and potential runtime failures.
