Impact

nokogiri 1.19.1 (fix for GHSA-wx95-c6cv-8532) requires Ruby >= 3.2. Logstash 9.1.10 uses JRuby 9.4 which implements Ruby 3.1 compatibility. Upgrading nokogiri causes a Bundler SolveFailure during bootstrap. Upstream logstash needs to upgrade to JRuby 9.5+ (Ruby 3.2+) or nokogiri needs to backport the fix to a Ruby 3.1-compatible release.
