Impact

spring-security-web is pinned at 6.1.9 in kayenta's upgrade-dependencies.patch via Gradle resolutionStrategy.eachDependency. The GHSA fix versions (6.5.9, 7.0.4) are not yet publicly available on Maven Central (latest 6.5.x is 6.5.1, no 7.x line); even when they ship, they'd require upstream Spinnaker to advance its Spring Boot baseline from 3.1.12 (currently expects spring-security 6.1.x).
