python-systemd, packaged as py3-systemd, uses the system libsystemd (https://github.com/systemd/python-systemd?tab=readme-ov-file#libsystemd-version-compatibility) and provides python access to systemd facilities. The vulnerability was detected in systemd and not python-systemd, so will only be present on an image with a version of systemd that includes the fix commit (https://github.com/systemd/systemd/commit/505b6a61c22d5565e9308045c7b9bf79f7d0517e).
