Impact

Upgrading to selinux v1.13.0 pulls in a newer version of cyphar.com/filepath-securejoin that has breaking API changes. Kubernetes 1.33 uses OpenInRoot and Reopen functions that no longer exist in the newer securejoin API. Upstream maintainers must update to the new securejoin API to remediate. [v2-migration]
