Impact

jline is pulled transitively by scala-compiler 2.13.8 as the unclassified org.jline:jline aggregate. The fixed release (3.30.15) ships JDK 22 FFM provider classes that Spark's enforceBytecodeVersion (maxJdkVersion) rejects, and the FFM-free jdk8-classifier build is not selectable for scala-compiler 2.13.8's unclassified dependency; jline 4.x requires Java 11 while this line builds under Java 8. No upstream jline artifact fixing these CVEs is consumable by this build. Pending upstream fix.
