Impact
gsutil hard-pins httplib2==0.20.4 as an exact-match dependency in every published release (5.31-5.37), which directly conflicts with the fixed version range (>=0.32.0). A version bump is mathematically unsatisfiable while gsutil is a dependency; both bot remediation attempts confirmed this by pinning the fix, hitting the gsutil conflict, and reverting.
