rustls-webpki 0.101.7 is pulled in via rustls 0.21 (aws-smithy-http-client, hyper-rustls, tokio-rustls). No patched 0.101.x release exists; resolution requires upstream consumers to migrate to rustls 0.23+ (which uses rustls-webpki 0.103.x).
