We are currently unable to bump github.com/opencontainers/selinux to v1.13.0 due to build failures. The cause for build failures is due to the fact that along with the bump to selinux we have to bump github.com/cyphar/filepath-securejoin to v0.6.0. That version has introduced a change in the API for which the github.com/containers/storage v1.59.1 has not updated yet. We will have to wait for envoy gateway to to introduce the version bump as well as wait for github.com/containers/storage to cut a new release that supports github.com/cyphar/filepath-securejoin@v0.6.0.
