Impact

rustls-webpki 0.101.7 is pulled in via the rustls 0.21 chain (reqwest 0.11, kube 0.88), both pinned in garage v1.3.1's Cargo.toml. Upstream rustls-webpki only patched the 0.103.x line — no 0.101.x or 0.102.x fix exists. Reaching 0.103.x requires major-version bumps of reqwest and kube with source changes, which upstream garage carries only in the v2.x branch. Pending an upstream backport to v1.x.
