Impact

Vulnerability is in github.com/prometheus/prometheus, fixed in v0.311.3. Bumping to v0.311.3 transitively pulls in github.com/go-openapi/swag@v0.25.4, whose test dependency on github.com/go-openapi/testify/v2/assert/yaml fails to resolve (the subpackage is missing from any released testify/v2 version), breaking go mod tidy. Pending: upstream go-openapi/swag drops the broken test dep, or upstream prometheus stops transitively pulling in swag@v0.25.4.
