Impact

rancher-agent links oras.land/oras-go/v2 v2.6.2, which contains the fix. It also embeds the legacy oras.land/oras-go v1.2.2, pinned by upstream Rancher for Docker 20.10 compatibility, including its registry client pagination. oras-go v1 is no longer maintained and has no fixed release. This will be updated once Rancher drops the oras-go v1 dependency.
