Impact

commons-lang 2.x was retired by Apache and no fixed release exists; the fix is in the separate commons-lang3 artifact. commons-lang 2.6 is shaded inside hbase-shaded-client-2.6.6.jar. A fix requires upstream HBase to drop the commons-lang 2.x dependency.
