The spring-webmvc dependency is a transitive dependency brought in via upstream Apache ActiveMQ 6.1.8 and cannot be directly overridden. Resolution requires upstream Apache ActiveMQ to publish a 6.1.x patch release depending on a fixed Spring 6.2.x or upstream Spring to backport the fix to the 6.1.x branch
