Impact

Fix committed upstream (c364ab176f722bdabc886845e770c9eacbc1e3e5, avformat/hls: reject Master Playlist tags in a Media Playlist) and released only in 8.1.3 and 9.0; not backported to this release branch and no point release on this branch contains it. The vulnerable code is present and compiled in the shipped version.
