GHSA-vp63-fqg3-cph4 (extradata padding in the MOV iacb parser, mov_read_iacb in libavformat/mov.c) is fixed upstream in commit 8439e02037 and was backported to the FFmpeg 7.1 release branch as c7a0013d5f, included in tag n7.1.5, which this package is built from with no patches. The NVD range "before 9.0" does not account for the backport.
