Impact

Bundled in jruby-openssl 0.15.4 (1.79) and JRuby's stdlib (1.78). The 1.84 fix in jruby-openssl 0.16.0 conflicts with logstash's bundler constraint (jruby-openssl ~> 0.15); the 1.78 instance lives in jruby-9.4's stdlib. Awaiting upstream alignment.
