Impact

percona-grafana builds Percona's Grafana fork at 12.4.5 (percona/grafana commit 97cd70ddc4df46cbc6b844c52bcdd05ec9238773). Grafana fixed CVE-2026-81842 in 12.4.12 on the 12.4 line and 13.0.10 on the 13.0 line; Percona has not merged either into the fork. The fix cannot be applied downstream: github.com/grafana/grafana is the fork's own module rather than a dependency, and Go's major-version suffix rule rejects raising it, with go get reporting that the module path must match the major version (github.com/grafana/grafana/v12). This matches the existing handling of CVE-2026-17183 and CVE-2026-19197 on this origin, and will be remediated when Percona advances the fork.
