Impact

Upgrading org.apache.shiro:shiro-core from 1.13.0 to 2.1.0 — the first fixed release — introduces breaking changes. ActiveMQ's bundled activemq-shiro module uses Shiro 1.x APIs that were removed or relocated in Shiro 2.x. Fix requires an upstream ActiveMQ release compatible with Shiro 2.x, or a Shiro 1.13.x security backport.
