Impact

Upstream volcano v1.14.1 pins google.golang.org/grpc to v1.64.0 via go.mod replace directive. Fix requires grpc >= v1.79.3. 15 minor versions gap with breaking API changes, no backport. Upstream master also pins v1.64.0. Evidence: https://github.com/volcano-sh/volcano/blob/v1.14.1/go.mod (replace directive), https://github.com/volcano-sh/volcano/blob/master/go.mod (master still pins v1.64.0)
