CGA-f337-pmvr-pmfm

We have bumped the version of the 'zip' dependency but it has created build failures. This vulnerability has been fixed upstream on their 'main' branch and will now need to be implemented in a release. More information can be found upstream at: https://github.com/denoland/deno/pull/28535
