Impact

golang.org/x/crypto/openpgp (armor.Decode/Encode symbols confirmed via govulncheck -mode=binary) is compiled in via github.com/sigstore/rekor pkg/pki/pgp, a transitive dependency of cosign-based image verification. x/crypto/openpgp is deprecated with no fixed version planned, and rekor still imports it at latest (v1.5.3). Requires upstream migration to github.com/ProtonMail/go-crypto.
