Impact

CVE-2026-105753 is fixed in vLLM 0.28.0 (https://github.com/vllm-project/vllm/releases/tag/v0.28.0). This package is pinned to vLLM 0.18.1 (reported as 0.18.2.dev4 because security backports are applied on top of the v0.18.1 tag), the last release that builds against CUDA 12.4; vLLM 0.19.0 and later require CUDA 12.8 or newer, and upstream has published no 0.18.x maintenance release. Waiting for the first upstream release containing the fix that supports CUDA 12.4.
