Impact

GitLab v18.9.1 pins aws-sdk-s3 to 1.193.0 via Gemfile constraint ~> 1.193.0, which only allows 1.193.x versions. The fix requires aws-sdk-s3 >= 1.208.0, which is outside this constraint. Upstream (GitLab master) also remains on 1.193.0. Waiting for upstream to update the Gemfile constraint.
