Impact

bcpkix/bcprov are bundled in JRuby's stdlib and the jruby-openssl gem. The 1.84 fix in jruby-openssl 0.16.0 conflicts with logstash's bundler constraint requiring jruby-openssl ~> 0.15. The other instance lives in JRuby's stdlib and would require an upstream JRuby package change. Awaiting upstream alignment.
