Impact

All affect github.com/docker/docker <= 28.5.2 with no patched release on that module path; fixes landed only in the github.com/moby/moby v29 line (moby/moby/v2 2.0.0-beta.14). podman's docker/docker dependency is capped at v28.5.2, so no bump escapes the range. Remediation requires upstream podman to migrate to github.com/moby/moby v2 — a breaking change absent from v5.8.5. Not remediable here.
