Impact

The affected code is the layer fetcher in libindex, reached when a server ingests a manifest. Only the osrelease, pkg/cpe, pkg/tarfs and toolkit/types helper packages are linked; libindex and indexer/controller contribute no symbols and no source paths to the shipped binary on either architecture, and the Postgres datastore modules they require are absent.
