Impact

Upgrading github.com/osrg/gobgp/v3 to the fix version of v3.35.0 from the current version of v3.23.0 requires immense functional changes which have been implemented into cilium 1.17.3. Upstream maintainers would need to create a backport for the 1.14 branch to receive this fix. Chainguard recommends user upgrades to 1.17.3 or later.
