setuptools 80.10.2 is bundled in the shipped virtual environment; upstream LMCache and its core dependency vLLM both pin setuptools>=77.0.3,<81.0.0 in all current releases, so the fixed version (83.0.0) cannot be installed until upstream lifts that constraint.
